Beijing Xinhua Chu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2023. It owns independent intellectual property rights for the complete set of technologies of the new environmentally friendly zinc-nickel-air composite flow battery, and possesses integrated capabilities in energy storage technology and product R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services. It is committed to providing customers with long-duration, long-cycle, inherently safe, environmentally friendly, easy-to-maintain, and low-cost energy storage products and solutions.

In December 2020, at the 2nd Beijing Matching Conference for Excellent Achievements of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 18 excellent project achievements from three major fields (new materials, next-generation information technology, and biomedicine) participated. The zinc-nickel-air flow energy storage technology was selected as one of the 18 achievements. In February 2024, at the 14th Middle East International Invention Exhibition held in Kuwait, Xinhua Chu's new low-cost zinc-nickel-air flow battery energy storage technology stood out among more than 200 participating projects from over 40 countries with its safety, environmental protection, and sustainable development features, winning the Organizing Committee's Special Award Gold Medal and the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA) International Invention Gold Medal.

The company's headquarters is located in Xihongmen, Daxing District, Beijing, and it has established an R&D and pilot plant in Anding Town, Daxing District. In 2024, the company will establish a 100MW/400MWh zinc-nickel-air flow battery system production plant in Jiangyin.
