On December 31, 2020, Bluetech Clean Air Alliance (BCAA) successfully completed the technology collection of the 6th Bluetech Award applications. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the award application process was postponed to kick off on August 15, 2020, and lasted for four and a half months.
The 6th Bluetech Award has received applications from China, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Israel, and other countries around the world. All the collected applications are from the following six technical fields: diesel engine emission reduction technologies & clean energy substitutes, innovative ultra-low emission control technologies, VOCs control, indoor air pollution control, monitoring, and innovative waste incineration emission control and substitution technology。
The preliminary assessment of all applications will start soon in 2021, and the preliminary evaluation meetings will be organized from January to March of 2021. Technologies that passed the preliminary assessments will enter into the detailed assessment process afterwards.
