On November 24, 2022, the winners ofBluetech Carbon Neutrality Pioneers Award received the first round of exclusiveaward benefits provided by the organizers. Bluetech Clean Air Alliance (BCAA) andthe Greentech Financing Platform (GFP), as the organizers, jointly invitedexperts to give three systematic and in-depth online lectures and Q&Aexchanges around intellectual property & carbon peaking and carbonneutrality strategies. A total of more than 100 representatives of BluetechCarbon Neutrality Pioneers Award and shortlisted enterprises participated inthis activity.
Xie Hongxing (Tonny), Director of BCAA,gave a lecture on the theme of "IP Strategy of Green TechnologyEnterprises". He gave an in-depth explanation about the enterprise's IPstrategy, technology secret management, IP management system, internationalpatent layout, and the IP elements of the science and technology innovationboard by combining relevant cases. Director Xie emphasized that theenterprise's IP strategy is a part of the enterprise's business strategy. IPstrategy aims to support the realization of the enterprise's business goals. Atpresent, the IP work of many technology enterprises is carried out aroundR&D work, which may lead to insufficient attention and layout in importantbusiness strategic areas. Director Xie also said: "In the process ofpatent layout, small and medium-sized technology enterprises need to givepriority to the most core and most commercially valuable innovation points.Compared with the number of patents, enterprises should pay more attention tothe quality of core patents."
Ma Degang, partner of Beijing Global LawFirm, gave a lecture around the theme of "Optimized Management of BusinessSecrets of Innovative Enterprises". Lawyer Ma highlighted the necessity ofoptimizing technology secret management for innovative enterprises byexplaining real typical cases, and introducing how to implement bettertechnology secret management. This lecture introduced topicssuch as China's carbon neutral development trend, opportunities that greentechnology enterprises need to pay attention to in the carbon neutral field, andhow to do their own carbon neutral work well. President Zhao, said: "Thewinners of the Bluetech Carbon Neutrality Pioneer Award include outstandingscientific and technological enterprises from key fields of carbon neutralitysuch as construction, energy, new materials, and new energy. Congratulations toall of you for being in the rising field. In terms of business opportunities,enterprises need to pay attention to the combination and grasp of businessvalue and opportunities in their industry chain on the basis of focusing ontheir own technology emission reduction capabilities."
In this acceleration activity, manyaward-winning enterprises were led by the founders to participate in thetraining and gave very positive feedback.
