On April 29, 2025, the graduation ceremony of the first "China Green Technology IP Management Clinic (IPMC)" was successfully held in Beijing. The camp was hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and undertaken by the Bluetech Clean Air Alliance (BCAA). From its official launch in October 2024 to its conclusion at the end of April 2025, the five-month accelerator camp conducted three intensive training sessions, one study visit to BOE Group, and organized domestic and foreign IP mentors to provide nearly 100 one-on-one customized counseling sessions for enterprises. All 25 green technology enterprises participating in the camp received exclusive IP strategic roadmap reports and graduation certificates jointly issued by WIPO and Chuanglan Alliance. The first UN IP Management Clinic invited 11 mentors, including 5 international mentors and 6 Chinese mentors. This article details the information of these 11 mentors.

Audrey YAP Yusarn, Managing Director
Audrey Yap is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Yusarn Adurey, a Singapore-based company in ASEAN. Established in 1999, the company focuses on intellectual property and commercial law, providing IP legal consulting and intellectual capital management as part of a comprehensive suite of IP solutions. These solutions include building strong IP portfolios, such as patent drafting and application support, as well as the application of transaction expertise to monetize IP. Omer HIZIROGLU, Head of Azur Strategy
Omer is the head of Azur Strategy, an IP and innovation management consulting firm based in the south of France. Omer has 20 years of experience in technology-based transactions. His background in venture capital and enterprises has equipped him with comprehensive experience in consulting clients across the entire innovation value chain. His business mainly focuses on collaborating with technology-intensive SMEs to provide portfolio management, transaction, and strategic services at the international level. He frequently speaks at international conferences and corporate training sessions and also serves as a mentor to help universities formulate technology transfer policies.
