On 22nd April 2014, CAAC supported a training on air pollution prevention and control for 30 mayors from Beijing and Tianjin municipalities, Shandong and Shanxi provinces, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This was China’s first mayors’ training that focused exclusively on air pollution; this demonstrates the issue’s priority among political leaders. Clean Air Alliance of China (CAAC) organized a special one-day training session focused on sharing international experience.
