The second clean air management training of China Clean Air City Network was hold successfully in Ningbo Zhejiang Province on 4th to 5th December 2014. The main issue of this training focused on VOCs control, which is one of the difficult problems in urban air pollution control. Around one hundred air pollution control personnel from 26 cities attended this training. Additonal, Law on Air Pollution Control and Prevention (Revised Draft for Comments) was discussed in groups in this training.China Clean Air City Network was launched jointly by Clean Air Alliance of China, Foreign Economic Cooperation Office MEP and Energy Foundation.
