On January 16th 2015, the kick-off meeting for City Air Quality Management Project was held in Beijing, which was under the host of Clean Air Alliance of China (CAAC) and Energy Foundation (EF). Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning (CAEP), together with representatives from Changzhou (Jiangsu province) and Yangquan (Shanxi province) attended the meeting, and discussed the project plan and timeline arrangement.

During the meeting, city representatives introduced their air pollution control progress and needs, as well as the pilot implementation plan respectively. The project work scope and deliverables were thoroughly discussed among the participants.
