On August 27-28, 2015, Shanxi Department of Environmental Protection and Shanxi Academy of Environmental Planning organized the Shanxi Air Quality Management & VOC Pollution Control Technology Training Forum, with the support of the Clean Air Alliance of China and the Energy Foundation. Representatives from Shanxi’s local Environmental Protection Bureaus and from Xinzhou City’s Environmental Protection Departments attended the event. The Forum invited speakers from the Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning, Tsinghua University School of the Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Atmospheric Physics, South China Institute of Technology School of Engineering and the Environment, Clean Air Alliance of China, Shanxi Department of Environmental Protection, Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences in Shanxi and Shanxi Academy of Environmental Planning.
