Changzhou, Shenzhen held 3rd City Air Quality Management Trainings Sessions after Bluetech CeremonyPost date: 2016-01-14

On December 14, 2015, Changzhou’s City Environmental Protection Bureau, Changzhou Academy of Environmental Planning and the Secretariat of the Clean Air Alliance of China met for the 3rd air quality training session.  Another pilot city of the CAAC, Shenzhen, also held its 3rd local air quality management training session two days later on December 16, 2015. These sessions followed the Bluetech International Clean Air Technology Conference on December 12 and provided policy and technical guidance and invited various Bluetech companies to meet with local organizations that are in-need of clean air technologies.

Zhou Zhonghua, Vice Bureau Chief of Changzhou’s Environmental Protection Bureau spoke at Changzhou’s training session.  Other important speakers at the events include Zhao Lijian, program director of the Energy Foundation and Tonny Xie, director of the Secretariat of the Clean Air Alliance of China. The session discussed the upcoming 13th Five Year Plan, non-road mobile emission sources, VOC emissions, and local air quality management tools. More than 10 Bluetech companies received enthusiastic welcomes from local officials.
