On March 3rd, MEP confirmed the decision of setting up three new departments (Water, Air, and Soil) to replace the current Pollution Prevention and Control Department and Total Pollution Control Department. It will be vital for implementing the central government’s requirements of strengthening the environmental protection and improving environmental quality.
