According to the new Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Development Plan (2016-2020), Shijiazhuang City will expand the number of EV charging stations to meet the growing demand of the estimated 23,000 EVs by 2020. The total investment will be over RMB 780 million. As a NEV pilot city, the number of EVs reached 3,888 during 2013-2015.
