3rd Bluetech Award International Clean Air Technology Campaign -looking for advanced clean air technologiesPost date: 2017-04-28

On April 27, 2017the Innovation Center for Clean-air Solutions, Sponsored by the Clean Air Alliance of China (CAAC), hosted the 3rd Bluetech Award International Clean Air Technology Campaign launch meeting in Beijing calling for applications for the 3rd Bluetech Award and seeking the best available clean air technologies to help tackle China’ air quality problem.

To promote the best available clean air technologies and thus improve air quality, the Bluetech Award was founded by the CAAC to find and promote the best available clean air technologies around the world. In the last two years, the Bluetech Award has gathered 110 clean air technologies from 16 countries, selecting 11 enterprise winners from five categories with innovative technologies.

This year, the CAAC is once again bringing together the advanced clean air technologies including diesel engine emission reduction technologies, emission control for non-electrical coal combustion, VOCs substitution and pollution prevention, indoor air pollution purification, advanced air quality and pollution monitoring technology and other technologies with successful application cases. The newly established Future Star Award will help promising and emerging clean air technologies find partners and commercial projects.

Bluetech Award is an award campaign dedicated to fully support the previous winner technologies from all over the world. The campaign has provided an “express way” to accelerate the best clean air technologies’ path to enter China’ vast market. Awarded technologies have the opportunities to participate CAAC’s customized technology demonstrations, communication platform, and matchmaking activities to meet with local environmental protection authorities, companies, and investors. Systemic communication activities will also be designed to spread information about all winning technologies in domestic and foreign media. Additionally, by invitation, senior industry experts from all over the world will participate in the discussions on air quality control. The Bluetech International Clean Air Conference held annually will help the winners expand their exposure on a global scale.
