The Ministry of Environmental Protection recently released the 2017 Annual Report on Environmental Management of Motor (hereinafter referred to as the Report), publishing the environmental management of motor vehicles in 2016. The Report showed that China has been the 1st motor vehicle production and marketing country across the word for 5 years and the vehicle pollution has become the undeniable source of air pollution, responsible for the fine particle and photochemical smog problems. The vehicle prevention and control is becoming a looming threat to people now.
