颜崇淮，男，主任医师，海交通大学医学院附属新华医院教授，博士生导师，国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。1997年毕业于上海第二医科大学获儿科学博士学位，2000～2002年赴美纽约爱因斯坦医学院儿童环境科学部进修学习。现任上海市环境与儿童健康重点实验室副主任；兼任上海市微量元素学会理事长，中华预防医学会儿童保健分会环境与儿童健康学组副组长，中华医学会公共卫生分会常委，中国控制吸烟协会吸烟与疾病控制专业委员会常委，中国毒理学会神经毒理专业委员常委，上海市医学会卫生专科分会副主任委员等学术职务。主要从事儿童环境医学领域的基础与临床研究及儿童保健的临床工作，在儿童重金属中毒等方面具有丰富经验。先后三次荣获国家科技进步二等奖。
